Zhichao founded Space Realty after spending years watching how the industry treats people — passing buyers off to junior agents, pricing listings to win the listing instead of selling the house, and answering "we'll get back to you" with three days of silence.
He built Space to do the opposite. Every client works with him directly. Every transaction goes through his desk. Every phone call gets returned.
Based in Quincy and serving all of Greater Boston and the South Shore — from Cohasset waterfronts to Back Bay brownstones to Newton Centre colonials. Cornell-educated, MA-licensed, and proudly independent.

Today we're a team of 12 licensed brokers and sales agents — each holding the same principle Zhichao founded the firm on: be the broker you'd want on the other side of the table.
